We now support onboarding an employee and running payroll for them without a bank account. The employees will be able to exclude the ‘Require Bank Account Setup’ section when generating the employee onboarding link through the white label or use the payment_method_required
parameter when using the API.
If a Bank Account is not set up, the employee check can only be created using Prepaid Check or Download Check disbursement method.
The employer can add a bank account for the employee at any point of time if they wish to use the Direct Deposit disbursement method.
