Send Zeal a support request for a companyID. Zeal's support team will receive the support request information and Zeal will send you a webhook (Support Event ) with our response.
Please be as descriptive as possible in the support request message. Include Zeal ID information as much as possible (i.e. shiftIDs, employeeCheckIDs, etc. ). Zeal will email the super admin for the company if the request requires manual escalation.
