Payroll Support

Zeal wants to enable you to give the best service possible to your customers. Zeal handles payroll-related support questions through the White label Dashboard and/or through our API.

In order to use support:

  1. You or the employer creates a new Support Request
  2. While the Support Request is pending, you or the employer can create new Support Updates
  3. While the Support Request is pending, Zeal will respond by also creating new Support Updates to respond.
  4. When the issue has been resolved, Zeal will set the status of the Support Request to resolved

WEBHOOK

Zeal sends you a webhook whenever Zeal creates a new Support Update in a Support Request and when a Support Request is resolved

Payroll Support is available in the Employer Dashboard AND API:

  1. Super Admin/Employer Dashboard
